Zak Tayyar

Zak is a veteran in the legal field with a unique background that encompasses National Law Firms, Insurance Companies, and Boutique Legal Practices. Zak is highly analytical and ethical in his approach to all legal matters. This ensures the provision of timely and realistic advice to his clients, as they navigate often uncharted and misunderstood territories.

The level of integrity and deep understanding of legal intricacies allows Zak to often think ‘outside the box’ in dealing with the disputes at hand. He is truly passionate about the work that he conducts and provides clients with a personal service that is tailored to their needs.

Specialising in Dispute Resolution and Litigation, Zak has a proven track record of achieving favourable outcomes for his clients regardless of the complexities. His experience covers personal, commercial, and corporate support, with a fundamental understanding of the clients’ needs and the ways to achieve them.

Zak is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree, a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice. He is also a longstanding member of the Law Society of New South Wales.

Mirage Sohail

Mirage’s breadth of experience in both public and private law includes roles within government departments, including the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (now the Administrative Review Tribunal), where he served as an Associate in the General Division to various Members of the Tribunal, including former judges, barristers, and other senior legal professionals. He has also contributed to legal work within the Commonwealth, including at the Attorney-General’s Department, further deepening his understanding of public law and international cooperation frameworks.

Mirage’s practice encompasses a wide spectrum of legal work, including advocacy and transactional matters in private practice. He has built unique experience in both civil and criminal litigation through his work in a leading disputes team and criminal law practice. This dual expertise allows him to navigate multifaceted legal challenges with precision and strategic foresight. With Mirage’s analytical rigor and calm professionalism, he is able to deliver a client-focused approach to every matter.
